We Love Fishing
One of our favorite summer activities is fishing up Big Cottonwood Canyon. Several weeks ago, we met the Summerhays family there for an evening of fishing fun. Jono got fly fishing right away, and the kids had fun casting their little poles in the stream. We only caught one fish, much to Jono's dismay, but it was enough to thrill all the kids.
Everyone took their turn holding the fish, and we hope the over-handled fish lived to tell the tale. He did swim right away when we put him back in the water, that was a good sign. Rosie and Coleman were wet up to their chests by the time we went home, and Will got snagged with a fish hook, but a great time was had by all and we can't wait to try our luck again.
Rosie is freezing cold and Coleman is making a pirate face!

Ha ha, I love the pirate face!
I have the greatest memories of fishing as a family. I miss the beautiful utah mountains.
That is a great place to fish and wade in the water too. Looks like you still catch fish with the kids' fishing poles.
That looks really fun!
