Grandma's Feather Bed

Bud and Rosie recently had their last choir concert of the year. It was a western theme, Grandpa would have loved it! The grand finale was "Grandma's Feather Bed" which I remember singing at the top of my lungs with Grandpa when I was a little bitty girl! The choir experience has been great, I hope they both sign up to sing again next year.

The fifth grade also put on a program and it was fantastic. Bud had a speaking part and he blew a train whistle. The students sang and danced us through all the important events in American History, starting with American explorers, the Revolutionary War, Civil War, Industrial Revolution, Civil Rights and ending with the students dancing to Michael Jackson's Thriller. It really was amazing! The students also displayed their State reports. Bud's state was Rhode Island and he did an awesome job.
