Memorial Weekend

We enjoyed our annual trip to the cemetery to clean and edge the graves over Memorial Weekend. Papa Bud and Nana Nell's headstones were in good shape, last year Jono had the cemetery reposition them so they were not so low. We planted flowers at the corners and they looked great. Geoffrey's headstone also looked good. It was a time of reflection for Jono, two members of his family have passed away, it's very sad.

The Ashbys and Cooks met us at Grandma Mimi and Uncle LeRoy's graves. My Aunt Carol always decorates them with brightly colored pinwheels and stones with their families names. We also miss both of them so much!
