Faux Christmas Eve

We had our family Christmas Eve Celebration early this year because we are spending Christmas in Pittsburgh this year (yeah!).  Greg and Andrea hosted and we had a yummy cheese fondue and lasagna dinner. Next came our favorite part, all the grandchildren acting out the Nativity Story.  It was so sweet and touching as always, and a reminder of the true meaning of Christmas.  

Rosie and Will were Mary and Joseph, an Amish doll from Grammy was Baby Jesus, Bud was a Wise Man, Max and Brady were shepherds (I didn't get a picture of Brady) and Macy was the sweetest little angel ever.  Coleman opted out the of Nativity this year.  Jonny, Haley and Jen F. were the narrators.

After our program, we had chocolate fondue.  JD and Bud got a little creative with the chocolate and Bud ended up with a goatee.  It was such a wonderful evening!
